Chapter VI: The Fourth Week
(Day 22 - Day 28)February 9, 2007
(Day Twenty Eight)We added some tile in the whelping so the puppies have a place to cool down (as well as a new surface to experience) and they love sleeping on it. I may have to put extra tile down because the pups are so big now that one puppy takes up the entire piece of tile.
The puppies are still eating like piggies. Surprisingly, this last evening meal, Miss Sparkle took the longest to finish and Miss Drizzle finished first and licked her bowl clean! Drizzle even tried to finish up Coda's meal. I think she was just mad because Sparkle was heavier than her yesterday and needed to regain her lead -- which she did.

Sparkle - 9lbs 5.5z Coda - 9lbs 9oz Drizzle - 9lbs 6oz
