Ever After Boys

Day 32
(December 11, 2010)

I hope I remember everything I wanted to say from the visit. I have a really hard time writing HTML in notepad but I know that several people were waiting for pictures!  The puppies have grown so much since I visited last week and are starting to really get their voices.  Sasha is still nursing them so they are only getting 2 meals a day right now but they are looking good, not skinny...and since they are looking good, adding more meals would just make them fat and grow faster and we all know with mastiffs, slow and easy does the job just as well and the fact that they are getting mothers milk for this long is awesome. Good job, Sasha!

Little Renesmee is finally getting her body and voice. She's still about 1-2 weeks behind in development from her siblings but she's looking more of the Jackson/Bella style of head with a Cid body.  We have a couple different types of heads in here-- Alice and Esme have the same type of head. Bella, Jackson and Rensemee have similar features.  Liam reminds me of my side of the pedigree, but Carol swears it is Forrest (Sasha's son from the first breeding) and Maya is kinda Cider-ish.

The two stack queens are Maya and Alice. They are constantly stopping in beautiful 4-square stacks.  Liam and Maya are the crazy outgoing ones in the group. Jackson is so prim and proper, we think he is strutting thinking "I'm too beautiful..."  Bella was the first one to greet me this morning and left her mom's milk bar to say hi.   And there's Renesmee, who was hand raised so she runs to the corner whenever she hears Carol come in.

They are now "experts" at the cat tunnel. They all like running through but the boys seem to like to jump on top and don't care which puppy is going through. Then it spins with the pups in middle of it and the pups think it's a hoot.  I took them for individual time to the bathroom and made them walk through the tile. I ended up losing Liam behind the laundry basket!  He is funny...

I had a great time.  The pups are doing wonderfully and Carol is doing a great job with them.  I will also say after walking the night in her shoes, I think I am going to lay off the bad photography jokes.  I couldn't find my camera so I used hers. OMG, her camera is horrible! You try to take a picture and it takes 3-4 seconds for the shutter release. I had to take 4-5 times the amount of pictures I normally do to take the ones below.  The pups are moving so much now I can't get a decent pic unless they are sleeping!
