Tons of pictures today! The
puppies Aunt Tanya and I made the trek to Brownwood to see the babies
(not to mention, to get my favorite cherry cobbler at Underwoods!)
and had a great time. I brought up a ton of toys and surfaces for the
babies to play on and got teased by Carol and Tanya about the amount
of stuff I brought up (little do they
know that I probably have
another van-ful of things to bring next week. LOL!) The
puppies
were all hobbling around and are now able to get out of the bins that
Carol has without issue. A lot of the puppies' eyes are now slits
and Bella and Rosalie actually opened their eyes fully today! That was
so fun to see!
They are starting to get their personalities now. Aunt Tanya calls Rosalie "PITA Puppy" because she will NOT stop sucking on the other puppies and has to be placed in a bin all by herself. Unfortunately for her new mom, Aunt Tanya and Grandma Carol have also been picking her up and holding her whenever she starts crying in her bin! Carlisle and Bella are the piggies of the group and Carlisle is starting to get into the habit of getting out of the bin and helping himself to the open bar before all the other puppies wake up. Grandma Carol was just through telling us that Sasha is not the best mother in the world when she started licking butts and heads of her pups. Carol thinks she was trying to put on a show for us or that we slipped her something...but she has been nothing but a WONDERFUL mother to her babies today... I love them all :-) Since there's a ton of pics, remember, you can stop the slideshow by rolling your mouse on top of the pic and leaving it there. To go to the next one, just roll off the pic.
