Chapter III: Their First Week
(Day 2- Day 7)January 19, 2007
(Day Seven)Grandma Karen leaves today so we're going to have to see how we handle the puppies alone. She comes back on Monday and that isn't soon enough :-) Puppies are doing well...everyone is well over 2lbs now!
Cid has a touch of mastitis but thanks to some nitrazine tape, we caught it really really early. She seems to be fine now but still doesn't feel like eating. The only thing she will scarf down is beef heart. Yum! Cid is being very picky -- even picker than normal. Drizzle aka Brunehilda seems to be taking after her already. She's a momma's girl in every sense.
