Chapter VII: The Fifth Week
(Day 29 - Day 35)

February 15, 2007
(Day Thirty Four)

It was Bridgette's day for adventures today.  She started off getting to our house and locking her keys and everything else in the car.  She got to meet a AAA locksmith.  Then, she noticed our refrigerator wasn't working.  She went to the circuit breaker, tried to flip the switch and experienced a brand new sensation -- mild electicution followed by a sharp pain in her foot. On her way home, she accidentally drove through a toll ticket booth (which might lead to another new experience -- a texastag ticket), then realized when she was almost out of Austin that she forgot her purse at our house.  So today, she experienced both southbound and northbound Austin afternoon rush hour  traffic.

The pups on the other hand experienced a new place -- we added another pen near our family room and counter tops and a wobbly stand covered in pink fabric (used to take the cute pictures below).  We also let them spend some time alone in each of the pens.  They were sleepy at the time so they didn't really notice they were alone.
